Fraud Cases
It is quite common for orders to be flagged as a potential Fraud Case. This can happen for a host of a reasons. If this happens to your order you will be emailed and additional information / verification will be requested to confirm and process your order. Failure to respond to this email in 48 hours will result in cancellation of your order. Squad reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that it feels is fraudulent at any time.
Shipping
Free US Shipping applies to Continental US States only. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.
Shipping will vary depending on your destination and the size of your order.
Please be aware of your shipping charges on checkout as all sales are final.
Please supply your name and shipping information in English to assist us with processing your order. We will request this from you if your order is supplied in a different language. If you do not respond we will cancel your order.
Orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday only.

Product Availability
In the event the product you wish to purchase is not available, Squad will offer a reasonable alternative to the desired product. If this is unsatisfactory the order will be cancelled and refunded.
